Lawn and Garden Technician

Wangara, Perth WA | Full-time, Monday–Friday | $40–$45 per hour + super

Must-haves (read this first)

Before anything else — this role requires:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in both lawn and garden maintenance

• A valid driver's licence

• Pest Management Technician Licence (S7 endorsed)

• Professional reticulation and softscaping experience

• Permanent Australian work rights

CMC Lawns is growing fast, and we need an experienced technician who can run softscaping and reticulation work to a high standard and maintain premium residential and commercial properties without needing to be told twice.

This isn't an entry-level mowing round. You'll be trusted with high end lawn and garden maintenance, full lawn and garden installs, reticulation repairs, and client-facing work where the finish has to be right the first time. Workmanship needs to be at a premium and you will be held accountable for your work through regular performance meetings and set KPI's. We are a high performing team.

• Precision maintenance — mowing, edging, trimming, and spotting weeds, disease and pests before they're a problem

• Garden care — pruning, weeding, mulching, keeping every garden sharp

• Softscaping — turning a client's brief into a finished lawn and garden install

• Reticulation — installs and repairs, done properly, no hand-holding

• Property cleanup — every site left spotless

• Equipment care — treating professional-grade gear the way it deserves

• $40–45/hour + super, among the strongest rates in Perth
