About the Role

Myndshift Group is seeking two experienced HD Mechanics to join a well-established heavy equipment services provider based in Redcliffe, WA.

This is a metro-based opportunity offering consistent hours without the need to work FIFO. You will complete servicing, repairs, maintenance and fault-finding across a range of heavy mobile equipment.

The role operates Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm, making it well suited to someone looking for strong weekly hours while remaining Perth-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
• Complete component change-outs and general mechanical repairs
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify maintenance requirements
• Accurately complete service reports and maintenance documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance team

About You
 
To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel or Mobile Plant trade qualification
• Previous experience maintaining heavy mobile equipment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Full Australian working rights

Experience within the mining, civil construction or heavy equipment industries will be highly regarded.
