About the Company

Dunbar Services, which is located in Landsdale, is a successful industrial cleaning company servicing a diverse range of clients throughout Western Australia.

We are seeking to employ an experienced Administrator for our Regional Department based in Landsdale. This position is a full-time role role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities

• Mobilisation

• Scheduling of works

• Liaise with mining clients

• Coordinate freight logistics

• Administrative duties

Applicants must enjoy working in a varied position and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires someone who is accurate, self-motivated, and well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet the demands of the business.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Administration experience is desired but not essential as all training is provided.

• Mobilisation experience is desirable. 

• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Intermediate skills in M/S Office, with a strong emphasis on Word and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
