About The Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting across several service areas, including:

Assisting with basic meal preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygieneSupporting meal service, including setup and clean-up of dining areasEnsuring equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and well maintainedWorking collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of service delivery

About You

You are someone who brings a positive, practical approach to your work and takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments. You will also bring:

A reliable and team-focused attitudeStrong attention to detail and time management skillsGood communication and the ability to work respectfully with othersA willingness to learn and contribute across multiple service areas

Previous experience in aged care, hospitality, cleaning, or laundry is valued but not essential, we are happy to support the right person who shares our values and commitment to quality care.

Requirements

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)Basic computer skills (email and internet use)Current Driver’s LicenceAustralian working rights (We are not able to offer sponsorship)

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 12 months preferred)Experience in aged care or hospitality environmentsCertificate II in Cookery or similar qualification but not essential
