Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GFx Management Consultant to support the successful delivery of programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO, project management, dependency coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and Project Delivery: Support the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Dependency and Coordination Management: Support project dependencies and ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and progress.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in project and program management, with a focus on dependency and coordination management.
Strong expertise in PMO practices and methodologies.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to define project scope, monitor deliverables, and achieve business outcomes.
NV security clearance is mandatory for this role.

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance (NV1).
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week
