Motorcycle Sales Consultant

Fitzroy Motorcycles is looking for a Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our family-owned business!

(Please note that AUS working rights & retail sales experience are essential.)

The role

As our Motorcycle Sales Consultant, you'll join and support our existing sales team in a new role established in response to our rapid business growth.

Working hours will be four weekdays (8:30am – 5:30pm) plus Saturdays (9:00am – 3:30pm).

Your responsibilities will include:

• new/used motorcycle sales incl. prospecting, upselling and closing

• assisting customers in selecting the right motorcycle for their needs

• assisting with demo rides and trying on accessories

• managing phone and email enquiries and customer service

• supporting sales and service during peak periods

• processing VicRoads registrations

• finance & insurance sales.

Essentials we're looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience essential

• AUS driver's licence & National Police Check essential

• Current motorcycle licence highly preferred

• Demonstrated job stability and commitment to past employers

• Strong communication skills & ability to work well in a team

• Working knowledge of motorcycles and similar.
