We're proud to be a trusted supplier of specialised machinery, components, adhesives and industrial products, with a reputation built on exceptional customer service and long-term relationships.
We're looking for a motivated and practical Technical & Customer Service Officer to become a key member of our small, supportive team. This is a diverse role that combines technical support, customer service, logistics, warehouse operations and occasional travel, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working with people.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for supporting customers with our industry-leading Adhesive systems, ensuring they receive the training, service and technical assistance needed to get the best results from our products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing, servicing and maintaining Adhesive systems
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers
Training customers on the effective use of equipment and products
Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service
Managing stock control, ordering, inventory planning and forecasting
Assisting with dispatch of products including latex, netting and machinery components
Supporting warehouse operations, including unloading shipping containers when required
Working closely with warehouse staff and casual team members
Assisting with Melbourne metro deliveries when needed
Providing sales and customer support across the business
Learning our importing, exporting and logistics processes
Travel Opportunities
This role includes occasional travel, giving you the opportunity to work with customers across Australia and overseas.
Travel may include:
2–4 interstate trips per year
Occasional international travel to New Zealand and Europe (1–2 trips annually)
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, likes working with their hands and is comfortable interacting with customers.
Ideally you'll have:
Current driver's licence with a clean driving record
Current passport or willingness to obtain one
A willingness to travel interstate and internationally
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
The ability to learn new products and technical applications
An interest in logistics, shipping and import/export processes
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Physical capability to assist with warehouse duties when required
A forklift licence (training can be provided)
