About the role
We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Suitable applicants will ideally be outstanding classroom practitioners who can continue and enhance current school practices. The application of effective instructional strategies to engage and challenge learners in a supportive and safe learning environment is highly regarded. Applicants will ideally require an expertise in differentiating the curriculum, catering for students of varying ability and motivating them to achieve to their full potential.
Suitable applicants should exhibit success in working in an environment characterised by whole school approaches; Professional Learning Communities and the opportunity to take on leadership roles and responsibilities.
As new staff members you should implement school-wide practices and programs to meet the needs of students and ensure the creation of an environment that promotes success. These practices and programs include Visible Learning, Cooperative Learning, Positive Behaviour Support, Letters and Sounds, Talk 4 Writing, Guided Reading, Seven Steps to Writing Success, Spelling Mastery, and Paul Swan Maths amongst others.
Suitable applicants will ideally believe in going deeper than just delivering the required curriculum and that knowing students individually, culturally and developmentally is just as important. Genuine and meaningful relationships will be the key to student and school success.
