De luca Tiles Pty Ltd T/A Solomons Flooring Stafford As the Office Manager at Solomons Flooring Stafford, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring the smooth coordination of administration, finance, customer service, sales support, and installation scheduling. Working closely with management, suppliers, customers, and installers, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Coordinate administration, sales and installation activities. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and payment processing. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

Coordinate installation schedules and monitor project delivery. Liaise with customers, suppliers and installers to ensure excellent service. Prepare quotations, purchase orders and business documentation.

Monitor inventory and coordinate material procurement. Assist with payroll preparation and HR administration. Prepare financial and operational reports for management.

Ensure compliance with workplace policies, procedures and WHS requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency. Qualification & experience Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline; or at least three years' relevant experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position.

Experience managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and bank reconciliations. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Experience with supplier negotiations and purchasing.

Knowledge of payroll administration and HR processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong computer skills and experience with business management software.

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Understanding of workplace health and safety and office compliance requirements.
