Solution Architect

We are seeking to engage an experienced Solution Architect to support the Claims System Modernization Initiative for our Client. This is a key role within a major transformation program and requires an experienced professional who can quickly become productive in a complex stakeholder environment, working closely with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Strong Solution Architecture experience in large and complex enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated experience in claims management, workers' compensation, insurance, injury management, or similar case management domains.

• Experience designing solutions that support end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.

• Strong integration, application, data, and security architecture capabilities.

• Experience working in government, insurance, regulatory, or other highly regulated environments.

• Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and align solutions with enterprise architecture objectives.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and governance skills.
