McIlwain are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to assist in the weekly pay runs with regular audits. This is a permeant full time position working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Working in our newly establish Murarrie Head Office, the office offers free on site parking, end of trip facilities and close access to public transport.

McIlwain is a family owned Civil Engineering Contractor with projects across South East Queensland.

Duties:

• Assist in managing the weekly pay run review

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Provide assistance to the accounting team as required

Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Excel skills

• Attention to detail

• 3+ years experience in Payroll
