Administration Assistant

About the role

This full-time, onsite position provides essential administrative and sales support across national accounts (Woolworths, Coles). You'll work closely with the sales team, EA to the founder, and internal operations to keep workflows running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Sales support admin across daily tasks, coordination and documentation

• Order processing using a bespoke internal system

• National account admin for major retail groups

• Systems & data tasks using D365

• Excel reporting including pivot tables & VLOOKUPs

• Onsite office support and general admin duties

About you

• Strong admin or sales support experience

• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

• Confidence using systems (D365 experience ideal)

• Ability to learn bespoke platforms quickly

• A proactive, organised and team-focused approach
