We are seeking a passionate educator and digital learning professional who combines strong technical capability with an understanding of pedagogy, instructional design and contemporary learning technologies. This role is a unique opportunity to shape digital learning across the School, build staff capability, and contribute to a key School priority focused on optimising systems and technologies that enhance teaching, learning and student engagement.

Working closely with the ICT Manager and Deputy Principal Senior School, you will play a key role in advancing digital learning across the School by partnering with teachers and leaders to design engaging learning experiences, champion innovative practice and support the effective use of educational technologies.

The School offers flexibility in relation to the commencement date and is open to appointments commencing in 2027.

Essential criteria:

• Appropriate teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation.

• A qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated expertise in educational technologies, digital platforms, devices, and emerging technologies relevant to teaching and learning.

• Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of child protection obligations and professional responsibilities.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Canvas, Seesaw or similar), including user support, training and administration.

• Proven experience building staff capability through professional learning, coaching and collaborative support.

• Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing digital teaching and learning practices within a school or educational setting.

• Strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy, blended learning and educational technologies, with the ability to design engaging digital learning experiences and resources.

• Ability to evaluate digital learning practices and use feedback, engagement data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across a diverse school community.
