We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator – Mining to coordinate the delivery of our mining technology projects, support our field teams and help ensure our customers receive a consistently high level of service.

The Role

This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll bring together people, projects, customers and technology.

You’ll coordinate field technicians and resources, help manage projects from planning through to completion and work closely with customers, Sales Operations, Logistics and technical teams to keep everything moving.

You’ll play an important role in keeping projects on track, supporting our technicians and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate field technicians, project schedules and resources

• Support projects from planning through to successful delivery

• Help ensure projects meet customer requirements, timelines and safety standards

• Work closely with Sales Operations and Logistics to coordinate equipment and materials

• Provide operational support across mining technology projects

• Build strong customer relationships and help resolve project or service issues

• Support technician onboarding, development and ongoing technical training

• Assist with new product and technology rollouts

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and customer experience

About You

You’re organised, practical and enjoy making things happen.

You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating technical teams and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving.

You bring:

• Experience in operations coordination, field service, technical operations or project coordination

• Exposure to mining, operational technology or technical environments

• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills

• Excellent customer and stakeholder communication skills

• Good problem-solving and decision-making capability

• A strong safety mindset

• Confidence working across multiple teams and priorities

• A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure

• Willingness to travel and spend time away from home when required

Experience working with operational technology, mining systems or complex technical projects will be highly regarded. The PD specifically identifies operational technology, mining systems and mining safety knowledge as relevant to the position.
