As a Showroom Administrator with e&s, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Moorabbin showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Weekend work is involved (3/4 weekends). Please only submit an application if regular weekend work suits your circumstances. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone

• Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry

• Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support

• Assisting the team with general showroom administration

• Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience

• Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed)

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

• A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude

• Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
