Construction Electrician

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

• Permanent Rates: $53.73 + Allowances + Penalties 

• FIFO from Nearest Capital City, or Major Regional City, to Perth, WA.

• 2:1 roster opportunities through to early 2028.

• 12-hour shifts

• $4.50 site allowance, $2.16 electrical allowance, $0.56 tooling allowance (all allowances per hour flat)

• RDO accrual 0.8hr p/day Mon-Fri (4 hour p/week) accrued at ordinary rate of pay (not overtime rates paid out on termination of employment OR can be requested to cash out)

• Mobilisation payment: 2 days (14.4 hours) paid at ordinary rate of pay - one off payment

• Project Superannuation Contribution - $100 per completed week of service on top of super guarantee, available to be cashed out at the end of the project.

• Opportunity to join our growing construction division and be a part of an exciting new project

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive construction experience - minimum of 2 years

• Proof of full working rights in Australia

• A-Grade WA electrical licence

• Construction white card

• CPR/LVR (1-year validity)

• First aid (3-year validity)

• Basic Fire Ticket

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
