ISS Aviation & Transport is offering a new pathway into aviation security following recent legislative changes. As an Aviation Protection Officer (APO), you’ll play a critical role in keeping millions of passengers safe while delivering a high‑quality customer experience at one of Australia’s busiest airports.

• Conduct passenger and baggage screening prior to departure
• Control access to security‑sensitive areas
• Perform physical searches and identify prohibited items
• Manage passenger flow through screening points efficiently
• Make sound decisions under pressure
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service

• Customer service experience or strong interest in aviation/security
• Willingness to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (TSP) (or already hold it)
• Ability to pass medical, drug, and alcohol screening
• Eligibility to obtain an ASIC (criminal history clearance – last 10 years)
• Victorian Security Licence (highly desirable)
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Availability across a 24/7 rotating roster
