Yard Hand

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Yard Hand to support day-to-day operations at our Kalgoorlie steel facility.

This role is primarily focused on loading and unloading trucks, whilst assisting in general yard activities to keep the site running efficiently.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Load and unload trucks as required

• Carry out general yard duties, including sorting, organising loads, and housekeeping

• Work safely at all times and support the broader operations team

Skills and Experience

• Current LF forklift licence

• Strong safety focus and attention to detail

• Able to perform physical tasks as required

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Background in waste management is desirable but not necessary

• HR License is highly regarded
