Northcott is hiring for Support Worker's in Tamworth on a casual basis. Enjoy flexible shifts across Accommodation and In‑Home & Community Services, supporting work–life balance, study, and caring commitments.

You will empower people with disability to live as independently and confidently as possible through skill‑building, wellbeing support, and community inclusion.

In this role, you will:

• Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support).
• Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids.
• Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes in line with mealtime management plans.
• Enable customers to participate in everyday activities — from household tasks to social and community outings.

• Flexible availability is highly regarded. Shifts are available 24/7 across mornings, afternoons, overnights (including sleepovers), and weekends. We are looking for Support Workers who can work across a range of shifts. 
• You are confident with manual handling, PEG feeding, medication administration, and safe transport.
• You stay calm, capable, and compassionate when things get challenging.
