Disability Support Worker

As a Disability Support Worker, working within Learning Day Program, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support — and about each other.

What we’re looking for

A caring, patient and respectful approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsReliability and a positive, can-do attitudeAvailability to work a range of casual shifts at the learning and lifestyle programA Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required

You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

Working with Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)First Aid & CPR CertificationNational Criminal History Check (Police Check)
