We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Credit Analyst to join our growing Credit team in Bundoora.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess consumer loan applications in line with responsible lending obligations and company policies
• Analyse customer financial information, affordability and creditworthiness
• Gather and review supporting documentation to ensure accurate loan assessments
• Prepare loan proposals, contracts and settlement documentation
• Liaise with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders throughout the application process
• Manage approval conditions and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and database management
• Contribute to achieving team service and performance objectives

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience in lending, credit assessment, banking, finance or customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes
• Understanding of responsible lending principles (preferred)
• Certificate IV in Credit Management, Financial Services or willingness to obtain (advantageous)
