As WTG continues to evolve its corporate function to better support our people, operations and future growth, we are creating an opportunity for a Business Services & Communication Specialist to join our team. This role will help strengthen communication across the Group, support employee engagement initiatives, connect our people and operations to business priorities, and support the delivery of our strategic goals in alignment with the objectives of our global brand partners.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this newly positioned role combines communications ownership with high level business coordination. You will work across the Executive Leadership Team, dealership network, shared services, OEM stakeholders and external providers to improve the flow, quality and consistency of information across WTG.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead WTG’s internal communication and engagement activity, ensuring messages are timely and aligned to business priorities.
Manage employee communication channels, including the intranet and other digital platforms, to improve visibility, connection and engagement across the Group.
Develop content for business updates, leadership messages, presentations, campaigns, branded material and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate communication activity, including social media, website updates, collateral, signage, merchandise and external provider support.
Coordinate information from dealership teams, shared services, leaders, OEM stakeholders and external providers, helping ensure timely, high-quality inputs that support clear communication and business alignment.
Proactively support the ELT with business coordination, information gathering, and communication preparation.
Proactively help develop, support and deliver employee engagement initiatives and programs
About you
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content.
Experience in communications, engagement, business coordination, executive support or a similar role.
Comfortable working with senior leaders, operational teams, brand partners and external providers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with experience in digital content, intranet, social media or design tools highly regarded.
