The Role

We are hiring Underground Driller Offsiders for NSW Site. Offering entry-level and experienced positions.

Expect long days, heavy manual labour, dust, noise and challenging conditions. While the role is physically demanding, it offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the drilling industry.

We offer full time positions with on-the-job training, annual performance reviews and internal career progression with competitive rates across the board.

What you’ll be doing?

Assisting Drillers with the safe operation of diamond drill rigsCompleting manual handling tasks in challenging outdoor or underground environmentsConducting pre-start inspections and maintaining equipmentSupporting core retrieval, processing, and site housekeepingFollowing safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture

What We Need From You

Australian citizenship or permanent residencyPass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screeningPolice clearance within 6 monthsFirst Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Manual Driver’s Licence essential (underground)Physical fitness and willingness to learn

Great if you have

Experience with drill rigs, mining and FIFO workTrades, labouring, construction, farming or other hands-on work experienceHR Licence
