Sous Chef required for a busy Irish pub

Zengal Pty Ltd Job tasks and responsibilities The head chef need to demonstrate the following ; Passionate about food & a good knowledge of local food trends as well as some knowledge of traditional Irish/European cuisine Competency in menu writing & creation Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene & HACCP requirements

Good knowledge of kitchen budgeting About Company Skills and experience We also operate a food truck and outside catering business so you may be required to work on the food truck/ at large events if required.

The following daily tasks must also be done.
