Our client  is a multifaceted legal firm and needs someone in the commercial and property space. Some of the areas that you would be involved with are as follows:

• Preparation of numerous business agreements including share investment and sale agreements, JV agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements and guarantees and indemnities.

• Preparation of agreements for the sale of a business and acting for the buyer or seller in the settlement of a sale of a business.

• Preparation of discretionary family trusts, unit trusts and the variation of such trusts.

• Preparation of loan agreements

• Preparation of retail, commercial and industrial leases and the assignment, variation and extension of such leases

• Preparation of discretionary family trusts and the variation of such trusts

• Preparation of contracts for sale for individuals and developers in real estate transactions

• Preparation of JV agreements in property transactions

• Preparation of mortgages

• Preparation and lodgement of caveats and other land-related applications

• Preparation of documents for the withdrawal of caveats and the discharge of mortgages and other encumbrances

• Application for Foreign Investment Review Board approvals
