Telehealth General Practitioner (GP) — Contract | Australia Overview: Join a dynamic national telehealth provider delivering patient-centred primary care across Australia.

We are seeking experienced and early-career General Practitioners for contract roles with a competitive income share model. Work remotely, manage flexible sessions, and focus on high-quality virtual consultations that improve access to care for diverse communities.

What We Offer Pay: 65% to 70% on billings, paid on a transparent schedule.

Location: Fully remote; providers must be based anywhere in Australia. Start: Immediate start available for qualified candidates. Contract Type: Flexible contract suited to sessional GPs and part-time specialists.

Patient Mix: Broad scope including acute care, chronic disease management, preventive health, and mental health referrals. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality telehealth consultations in line with Australian clinical standards and organisation protocols.

Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of primary care presentations using telemedicine platforms. Create clear, timely clinical notes and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Coordinate referrals to allied health and specialist services as required and follow up on test results and treatment plans.

Communicate compassionately with patients from varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds and support health literacy. Participate in peer review, clinical governance activities, and professional development as requested. Essential Requirements

AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner (General registration acceptable). Eligible to work in Australia: Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work (business) visa.

Clinical experience in general practice or relevant primary care settings; candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates and senior clinicians. Competence with telehealth platforms, electronic medical records, and remote prescribing practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.

Preferred Attributes Interest in digital health innovations and remote patient monitoring. Comfort managing complex chronic conditions and mental health presentations via telehealth.
