Now, we are opening the doors to our first Crystalbrook Sam Recruitment Open Day and inviting you to step inside.

When: Thursday 24th and Friday 25th September 2026

Where: The International College of Hotel Management, 13•-139 Currie Street, Adelaide

Time: 10am - 4pm

Our Recruitment Days are all about real conversations, genuine connections and giving you a feel for life inside CrystalbrooK Sam - no pressure, no panels, just people meeting people.

On the day, you’ll meet our hotel leaders and hiring managers, learn more about Crystalbrook Collection and chat through current and upcoming opportunities across our teams. There will be time to ask questions, share your story and explore where your skills and passions could best come to life.

For some roles, interviews may take place on the day. For others, the Recruitment Day will form part of our broader recruitment journey, with next steps discussed after the event.

• Maintenance & Stores - painters, general building maintenance and stock coordination - our engine room!
• Front Office & Guest Services - reservations, guest services - where the spirit on wonder begins!
