Role Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a structured mindset, and a keen interest in supporting technical project delivery. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Administrator at Orise, you will: Maintain project schedules using MS Project Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items Organise project-specific and EHS training sessions Assist with project controlling in SAP (target/actual tracking, cost control, reporting) Prepare reports for project managers and customers Coordinate project-related invoicing and procurement (BANF, supplier communication) Maintain project data and storage structures Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams Support technical documentation and drawing submissions to customers Experience & Background: We’re looking for an experience and capable Project Administrator, who brings: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project and SAP is an advantage Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Completed commercial apprenticeship (or technical apprenticeship with relevant experience) Fluent in English; knowledge of local language is a plus Suitable for both early-career professionals and experienced administrators
