Complete Care Assist is a growing, family-owned registered NDIS and Aged Care provider seeking an experienced Clinical & Compliance Lead ideally with a nursing background to join our team based in North Brisbane. This role provides clinical and regulatory oversight across the organisation while ensuring high-quality, safe and compliant service delivery through strong governance, clinical leadership, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with our Service Delivery Coordinators and General Manager, you will strengthen participant documentation, maintain audit readiness, develop policies and procedures, oversee clinical compliance, and drive best practice across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring participants receive safe, person-centred, high-quality supports.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical oversight and guidance to the Service Delivery team.
Support the Service Delivery Coordinators to complete accurate, person-centred participant documentation, including support plans, risk assessments and related records.
Monitor the quality of service delivery to ensure supports are safe, person-centred, clinically appropriate and aligned with participant goals.
Work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve participant outcomes, service quality and consistency across the organisation.
Develop, review and implement organisational policies and procedures.
Conduct internal audits of participant, workforce and organisational records.
Maintain compliance registers, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support incident, complaint and risk management processes.
Assist with NDIS and Aged Care audit preparation and ongoing compliance activities.
Coordinate, develop and drive staff training initiatives to promote clinical excellence, compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, and best practice across the organisation.
Promote best practice and ensure services align with the NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care regulations.
You will have:
Ideally have current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
Minimum five years' experience in a hands-on quality, compliance or clinical governance role, ideally within a registered NDIS and/or Aged Care provider.
Strong knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators and Aged Care regulations.
Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving participant documentation.
Experience developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures.
Experience designing and delivering staff training and professional development programs (highly regarded).
Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to identify compliance risks and work collaboratively to implement practical solutions.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a supportive, team-focused approach.
