Part-Time Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator (Hybrid – Sydney)

We're growing our Australian presence and are looking for a Sydney-based team member to help deliver exceptional service to our local clients.

The Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator to support customers from enquiry through to delivery.

This role combines customer service, sales support and operations. You'll work closely with our international team while serving as the primary contact for Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct Zoom consultations with customers

· Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email

· Manage enquiries, quotations and orders

· Coordinate production, shipping and deliveries

· Prepare shipping labels and organise shipments

· Receive and dispatch customer packages, including memorial ash kits

· Maintain inventory and general administrative tasks

· Deliver a seamless customer experience from start to finish

About You

· Based in Sydney and planning to stay long-term

· At least 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or a client-facing role

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role

· Professional, empathetic and detail-oriented

· Confident using Google Workspace (CRM experience is a plus)

· Comfortable handling customers' cremated ashes with care and respect

Working Arrangements

· Part-time employee (employed through our Australian employment partner in compliance with Australian employment law).

· 40–60 hours per month to start

· Flexible weekday schedule (approximately 2–3 hours per day)

· Occasional evening or weekend Zoom meetings may be required

What We Offer

· AUD $35–40 per hour (including superannuation), depending on experience.

· Performance based bonuses and commissions upon successfully completing the probationary period.
