Customer Advisor - Melbourne Metro North, VIC

• Multiple roles based in Melbourne's Metro North Area providing support to Airport West, Coburg, Highpoint, Moonee Ponds & Northland branches when required
• Leave & Relief Position - It is essential that you can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering planned and unplanned leave *mileage paid
• Full-time availability required: 5 days per week, Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

The Hours

Join our team working 5 days per week. Full-time availability required, Monday - Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm.

Your skills and expertise will be required to cover our Airport West, Coburg, Highpoint, Moonee Ponds & Northland branches, so a license and transport is essential. *Mileage paid.

In this role, you will

• Support our Metro North Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
• Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and baking transactions
• Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
• Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
