About the Role:

• Interpret and process customer orders

• Provide technical support to our customer network

• Order, monitor and process parts inventory

• Promote parts sales and achieve sales targets

• Maintain and exceed industry benchmarks

• Develop new business and sustain current customers

About You:

The successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:

• Trade Certificate III in Parts preferred, but not mandatory

• Previous Automotive Experience within the parts industry highly regarded

• Automotive Paint/Consumable experience valued

• Confident liaising and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to sell over the phone

• Competent in the use of Dealer Management Systems

• Accurate attention to detail, with a focus on overseeing and maintaining high standards of quality.

• Ability to work within a team environment but also be self-motivated and pro-active.
