FEILD SERVICE TECHNICIAN/ MECHANIC

We require trade experienced mechanical technicians and apprentices to cater to our established and expanding Melbourne Customer base.

• Above award wage offered to successful applicant. Plus overtime

• Service vehicle, tablet, work uniform and PPE provided.

• Annual leave+ program

• Training/ support provided on all Brands of machinery.
  

Position available for both workshop and onsite mechanical duties to be carried out in order to maintain our Melbourne based customer requirements and rental fleet. New and refurbished machinery pre-delivery, scheduled maintenance, breakdown repair and machinery refurbishments to be carried out. Daily time keeping, job logging and stock management required.

• Applicant will be required to hold a current Australian Driver's License.

• Current Forklift License would be preferred, but not essential to start.

• Must be Trade qualified mechanical technician. Forklift mechanic/ diesel mechanic/ automotive. Electrician/ Heavy or Light vehicle.

• Must have basic tooling to carry out mechanical duties.

• Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of mechanical trade experience.

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Applicant must be reliable and punctual. Building customer relations and maintain a high level of communication required.
