Assistant Store Manager (Full Time)

About The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be a true brand ambassador and play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and success of the store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will support the commercial performance of the business while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

You'll lead by example on the shop floor, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Support, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targetsLead by example in delivering a world-class Pandora customer experienceOversee operational excellence including stock management, store procedures and securityAssist with team rostering and workforce planningMonitor sales performance and identify opportunities to drive resultsMaintain a strong presence on the retail floor and support daily trading activitiesTake responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store ManagerDevelop product knowledge and coach team members to become Pandora product experts

What We're Looking For

Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a retail environmentPrevious leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Store ManagerStrong people leadership and coaching capabilityPassion for customer service and team developmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environmentPositive attitude and enthusiasm for the Pandora brand

Part Time Sales Associate

Rostered Hours:

Monday: 10:00am - 4:00pmFriday: 10:00am - 5:00pmSaturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will create memorable customer experiences while helping customers celebrate special moments through our beautiful jewellery collections.

You will be confident building relationships, achieving sales goals and bringing energy and passion to every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised styling adviceCreate meaningful connections with customers through storytelling and product knowledgeAchieve individual and store sales targetsSupport visual merchandising standards and store presentationAssist with replenishment and stock managementContribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment
