About the role:

Car Mods Australia and 4x4 Mods Australia are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team of 35+ staff.  The successful applicant will become an integral member of our growing team.  The senior role will be joining our logistics team, supporting the logistics manager with supplier purchase orders, reporting, spreadsheets, supplier communications, analysis and other admin tasks.  

• You MUST be a self starter and problem solver with a positive attitude that enjoys working within a growing company.

• You will be responsible for assisting the logistics manager and operations manager and their administration tasks

• Full training program will be provided, with opportunities to move your way up within the company as you gain experience 

• Be proficient in Excel, Xero and other basic platforms

• In collaboration with all team members, sustain and drive a high performing results-driven culture

• You will have prior experience in an administration role

• You will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

• You will be great with technology given most of your work will be on the computer

• You are a problem solver & self starter

• You will be highly organised and be able to manage your own workload
