Senior Contract Administrator

The opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a affordable housing residential project in Adelaide.

You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

You will undertake both Procurement and Cost Management on a new project. As a Senior member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering successful projects. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Collaborating with our clients and project team to ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Mentoring, coaching, and supervising our commercial team. You'll be a natural leader, with a passion for developing your colleagues' skills and helping them achieve their goals.
• Leading our project procurement strategy and processes. This is a key part of our success, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of this area and drive results.
• Taking charge of project cost management, including managing head and subcontract variation.
• Managing head contract and subcontractor progress claims.
• Keeping a close eye on cash flow at both head and subcontract levels.

About you

You'll have a wealth of experience working in a main contractor environment. With at least 6+ years of experience under your belt, you'll be ready to take on new challenges and deliver measurable results. You will have:

• Proven experience working in a similar project-based contract and financial administration on other major building developments.
• Proficiency across contract management and the ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues
