As a Project Manager – SaaS Implementations, you’ll lead end‑to‑end delivery of ELMO solutions for our customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with a great customer experience.
What you’ll be focused onOwn and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on trackGuide customer project managers and project teams using ELMO’s implementation methodologyKeep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and issuesIdentify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomesManage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with minimal disruption and clear impact communicationMaintain clear, comprehensive project documentation from kickoff through to closureBuild strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and drive adoption of our SaaS solutions
More about youProven track record as a Project Manager in a SaaS implementation environmentStrong relationship‑builder with both internal and external stakeholders (including senior business sponsors and technical teams)Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile or hybrid)Experience working with end users, business owners, and technology teams to drive project outcomesGood understanding of software delivery / development processes and how they intersect with client change managementPM qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) with proven delivery experience are highly regardedComfortable operating with ambiguity, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and bringing structure to changeOr, you’re an experienced HRIS/Payroll or SaaS implementation consultant looking to move formally into Project Management and own the full project lifecycle
