About the Opportunity

As a Noah's Ark Professional (Key Worker), you'll work closely with children and families to deliver evidence-informed early childhood intervention that creates meaningful outcomes.

You'll:

• Support children aged 0-12 to participate more fully in everyday activities at home, in education settings, and in the community.
• Deliver therapy and coaching where it matters most, embedding strategies into everyday routines and real-life situations.
• Partner with families to build confidence, capability and sustainable outcomes.
• Work within our Key Worker and transdisciplinary model, helping families navigate supports while drawing on the expertise of a broader allied health team.
• Contribute your occupational therapy expertise while continuing to strengthen your contemporary OT practice.
• Participate in reflective practice, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Help foster a culture of learning, quality improvement and excellence in service delivery.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from Occupational Therapists who:

• Have a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Are passionate about supporting children and families.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and building meaningful relationships.
• Bring strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
• Are interested in working within a Key Worker and transdisciplinary model.
• Value learning, reflection and continuous professional growth.

Highly regarded experience includes:

• Complex disability support.
• Assistive technology prescription.
• Physical disability.
• Intellectual disability.
• Behaviours of concern.
• Clinical supervision, student supervision, mentoring, clinical education, or supporting emerging clinicians to build capability and confidence.

You'll also need:

• A current driver licence.
• Access to a vehicle.
• The right to work in Australia.
