About the Role

Due to significant global growth, Kinetic are undertaking a large scale, multi stream program of work designed to transform our technology landscape, create simplified, consistent ways of working, and ensure our future growth plans are underpinned by seamless technology products and processes. 

Joining our Oracle Fusion ERP & EPM transformation project during implementation, and remaining accountable beyond delivery, the role bridges business, technology and vendor teams to drive the long-term evolution of the Oracle Fusion platform for ANZ. The Technical Product Owner for Oracle Fusion is responsible for platform strategy, technical roadmap planning, lifecycle management and ensuring product decisions align with Kinetic's broader technology architecture and operating model. 

This role provides technical Oracle Fusion product leadership while partnering closely with our finance and procurement business who retain accountability for business processes, governance and operational outcomes. 

What You Will Do

Platform Strategy & Roadmap 

• Define and maintain the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategy. 
• Identify opportunities to improve platform capability, performance, scalability and user experience. 
• Evaluate new product capabilities, releases and emerging technologies. 
• Drive the ongoing evolution of assigned platforms to maximise business value. 

Technical Product Ownership 

• Act as the primary technology owner for assigned platforms. 
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, design considerations and best-practice utilisation. 
• Ensure platform decisions support long-term sustainability, supportability and operational effectiveness. 
• Balance business priorities with technical requirements and platform constraints. 

Enterprise Technology Alignment 

• Work closely with Architecture, Integration, Security and Technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. 
• Assess impacts and dependencies across systems, data, integrations and business processes. 
• Support planning and prioritisation of cross-functional initiatives. 
• Represent assigned platforms within broader technology planning and portfolio discussions. 

Vendor & Delivery Partnership 

• Develop strong relationships with software vendors, implementation partners and support providers. 
• Provide oversight of platform enhancements, upgrades and lifecycle activities. 
• Support resolution of complex platform issues and escalations. 
• Ensure vendor roadmaps and service delivery align with Kinetic's strategic objectives. 

Governance & Continuous Improvement 

• Establish and maintain governance processes that support effective platform management. 
• Assess technical risks, dependencies and impacts associated with platform changes. 
• Monitor platform performance, adoption and health. 
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives. 

What you will bring:

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP / EPM is essential
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, Technology Lead or similar role.  
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms within a complex organisational environment.  
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations and technology ecosystems.  
• Proven ability to engage and influence both business and technical stakeholders.  
• Experience developing roadmaps and managing ongoing platform evolution.  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
