Radio Station - Business Support Coordinator

South Coast FM (SCFM) | Wonthaggi, VIC 10 Hours per Week | Hybrid Role

 South Coast FM is seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative, communications, compliance, and operational support to our community radio station.

Reporting to the Station Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has excellent attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting a volunteer-driven community organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and member communications.

• Support invoicing, banking, contracts, licence renewals, and bookkeeping processes.

• Assist with grant applications and acquittals, compliance tracking, and governance activities.

• Coordinate insurance, facilities, and documentation requirements.

• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

• Support sponsorship administration and station operations.

 About You

You will have:

• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with financial and business administration processes.

• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of compliance requirements.

• Experience in a community, not-for-profit, volunteer-based, or similar organisation.

• A commitment to community engagement, inclusion, and the values of community broadcasting.
