About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Tyre Fitter to join our team and become part of our growing business on a 7 Days on, 7 Days off roster. Our Tyre Fitter will be maintaining a high level of safety and quality while having a high degree of attention to detail, taking pride in their work and is responsible, reliable and an organised fast learner who can work with limited supervision.

We are looking for our shining star who is self-driven with exceptional time management skills, superbly organized, and passionate about providing the best. You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and methodical personnel to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Tyre fitting experience is a must with fully qualified Cert II - you will be put to the test as you work with various vehicles and tyre types

• You have proactive work ethic and excellent communication skills to provide top-quality service to our customers

• Time management is crucial in our fast-paced environment, where meeting deadlines and delivering efficient service is paramount

• You'll bring a self-motivated, "can do" attitude to the table, demonstrating a willingness to take on challenges and contribute to the success of the team

• Knowledge of safe working practices and WH&S guidelines is essential, as we prioritise the safety of our employees and clients

Things that will set you up for success

• You have full Australian working rights

• You have a valid Driver’s License (HR)

• HRWL - Forklift

• Certificate II – Tyre Servicing Technology

• You are available on 7/7 rosters

• You are willing to travel

• You are physically fit and can perform manual tasks

• You are committed to excellence to ensure the best results in your work

• You have good communication skills

• You are passionate about your career

• You are energetic, team focused, with a CAN-DO attitude

• You have good time management skills are a great communicator

• You show accountability, honesty, transparency and integrity
