⭐ SENIOR HAIRDRESSER / 2IC — FULL TIME

We’re looking for an experienced, fully qualified motivated Senior Hairdresser who’s ready for their next step.

You’ll be someone who:

✨ Is confident across all cutting, colouring & styling

✨ Loves building relationships and growing a loyal clientele, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

✨ Takes pride in delivering an amazing client experience

✨ Is reliable, motivated and brings great energy to the salon

✨ Is comfortable helping lead, motivate and support the team in all aspects.

✨ Is ready to step into a 2IC / salon management role alongside the owner and continually help develop staff and salon.

This isn’t just another chair — we want someone who can become a key part of A'luere, build their clientele and help us continue growing the salon.

Above-award salary package available for the right candidate, based on experience + performance incentives.

1ST OR 2ND YEAR APPRENTICE

Starting your hairdressing career and absolutely love the industry?

We’re also looking for a 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice who is enthusiastic, bubbly, hardworking and genuinely excited to learn.

You’ll receive hands-on salon experience, ongoing guidance and the opportunity to develop your skills alongside an experienced team.
