About the role

We are seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our team at Black Cup Cafe' in East Geelong, VIC. This is a casual position, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and life commitments.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner

• Ensuring the kitchen area is kept clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

• Assisting the kitchen staff with various food preparation tasks as needed

• Adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar dishwasher or kitchen support role is preferred

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of cleanliness

• Good communication skills and a strong customer service orientation

• Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
