As the first point of contact for our customers and guests, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding dealership experience. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming phone enquiries
• Maintain and update customer information databases
• Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers and couriers
• Manage stationery orders and office supplies
• Ensure reception, customer lounge and shared areas remain presentable
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support to management and dealership teams
• Assist with general duties to maintain exceptional dealership standards

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Availability to work every Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Flexibility to assist with additional weekday reception relief when required
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a professional environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished and professional presentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and ability to work across multiple departments
• Barista experience advantageous but not essential; training provided
