About the role
The Financial Management Platforms & Transformation team sits within Macquarie’s Financial Management, People & Engagement Group and is responsible for delivering strategic transformation initiatives across Finance and Tax. Working closely with business and delivery teams, the FM Transformation Office provides the governance, frameworks, tools and insights that enable consistent, transparent and effective delivery across a diverse portfolio of change initiatives.

What role will you play?
As a Portfolio Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across Finance and Tax. Partnering with Delivery Leads, Delivery Managers, Initiative Owners and Transformation Office specialists, you will help coordinate governance activities, maintain delivery information, support reporting processes and provide visibility of portfolio performance, risks, milestones and dependencies.
You will play a key role in enabling high-quality delivery practices, supporting teams to adopt agreed frameworks and tools, and ensuring stakeholders have access to clear, accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
What You Offer
Experience in project, programme or portfolio coordination, project management office or project support roles, with a strong understanding of project delivery, governance and reporting practicesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high-quality documentation and coordinate actions, risks, dependencies and delivery schedules across several initiativesProficiency in project delivery tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, along with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, planning and stakeholder communicationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate project information into clear and meaningful insights for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadersExperience within financial services, transformation, technology or regulatory change environments is highly desirable, along with a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
