About the Role

Jaycar Electronics Group is seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operators to join our Warehouse Team at Eastern Creek on a 5-month Christmas casual contract.

This role is casual with guaranteed full-time hours for a 5-month period (September 2026 – January 2027), aiming to support our busy peak trading period. Following this period, there will be opportunities to apply for extension or move to a permanent position.

During this initial 5-month period, you will play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly — supporting pick and packing with our existing, experienced Manuals Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders for dispatch using a PDT hand-held scanner

• Work with a variety of products ranging from small items to large/oversized stock, weighing between 1kg and 30kg

• Adhere to safe manual handling practices and warehouse procedures at all times.

• Perform general warehouse duties

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

• Work collaboratively with all team members to meet shift group daily targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse/ logistics experience preferred (not essential)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and heavy lifting

• Forklift license (LF) – beneficial, however not essential

• Available for the full contract duration (September 2026 – January 2027)

• Able to work available full-time shifts, Monday to Friday.

  • Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (5 Positions Available)
    OR

  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (5 Positions Available)
