Content creator

As Texula's Content Creator, you will own the creation of engaging visual and written content across our social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, while helping build a strong and recognizable Texula brand.
This is not a traditional social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can tell stories visually , from banana farms and agricultural waste to fibers, yarns, fabrics, factories, customers, exhibitions, and the people building Texula.
You will work closely with the founders and team to identify stories worth telling and turn them into high-quality content.

• Content Strategy & Storytelling — Develop and execute Texula’s content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, translating technical innovation into engaging stories, campaigns, and founder-led thought leadership.
• Content Creation & Brand Building — Produce high-quality videos, Reels, photography, graphics, carousels, and written content; document Texula’s R&D, production, events, partnerships, exhibitions, and company journey while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Growth & Performance — Manage the content calendar, stay ahead of social media trends, analyze content performance, and continuously optimize content to grow Texula’s audience, visibility, and engagement.
