About the role
This is a role for OTs who want real autonomy without losing the backing of a solid team.
There's no clinic roster here, just you, your own schedule, and clients across Sydney who need care delivered where they actually live. This growing NDIS provider delivers community-based allied health across the city, engaging OTs as independent contractors who bring their own flexibility and clinical judgement to every visit. They're known for responding to referrals within the hour, standing behind their work with a genuine satisfaction guarantee, and contributing a percentage of profits to charity, the kind of details that speak to how seriously they take "person-centred care."
The Role
Deliver community-based occupational therapy across Sydney, with flexibility to work from home for telehealth sessions and report writing.Work with a caseload that's approximately 99% NDIS participants, predominantly adults, supporting people to build skills, independence and confidence in their own environments.Operate as an independent contractor, with genuine autonomy over your schedule and how you structure your working week.Collaborate easily with a broader multidisciplinary team across physio, exercise physiology, speech pathology, psychology and counselling.

Why This One's Worth a Look
Real flexibility, set your own hours as an independent contractor, without losing structure or support.A business that's grown by reputation, not marketing spend, with a culture that consistently gets described as genuinely caring. The chance to do deep, relationship-based OT work, rather than churn through short, transactional appointments.A multidisciplinary team behind you, so you're never problem-solving alone.
