Cert 3, Diploma Full Time Educator or Trainee

Country Cubs is seeking a Full-time Early Childhood Educator - Cert 3, Diploma Trained or Trainee

Successful applicants will have completed a Certificate Ill in Children's Services or have a Diploma (or have a ACECQA recognised qualification). or a traineeship is available to Undertake Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

To be successful in this role you need:

• To be enthusiastic in the care and education of young children. 

• Have the ability to work in a team environment and have a passion for working with children.

• Sound knowledge of child development and positive behaviour guidance techniques.

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Previous experienced desirable for Cert 3 & Diploma qualified.

• Current NSW Working with Children Check Clearance (WWCC) or the ability to complete prior to employment.

• First Aid (Desirable but not Essential).

• National Police Check Clearance/Check. (Essential or willingness to undertake prior to employment).

• Child Protection Certificate (Desirable but not Essential).

• National Child Safety - Geccko Training (Desirable but not Essential).

• Knowledge of National Quality Framework including NQS, National Law and Regulations, EYLF and Assessment & Rating (Desirable).

• Assist in delivering a challenging and supportive educational program to children aged 2 to 5 years.

• Create a friendly, stimulating and secure learning environment.

• Develop positive and caring relationships with children and families.
