The Role

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking experienced MR Drivers to join our Dispatch Team, delivering finished products to sites across NSW.

These are permanent full-time positions offering:

• Monday to Friday work

• A minimum of 38 hours per week, plus overtime

• Flexible start times between 4:00am and 6:00am, finishing once deliveries are complete

• Permanent hourly rate of $36.86 + superannuation

• Overtime and bonus opportunities

• Physical delivery of stock with the assistance of an offsider

• Ongoing development and promotion opportunities within the business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current MR Driver’s Licence with an RMS demerit points printout

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-drop deliveries across Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, and surrounding areas

• Good communication skills

• A high level of fitness with no restrictions for repetitive manual handling

• Sound knowledge of load restraint laws and an understanding of Chain of Responsibility

• A current White Card

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously

• A punctual, courteous, and professional manner with a strong “can-do” attitude

• The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
